Free Pop-up classes:
Thursday, Dec 10 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Yoga with banded strength, please bring a resistance band if you have one. (if not, no problem you can still enjoy practice iwth us)
Thursday, Dec 17 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Pilates-inspired yoga practice.
Monday, Dec 21 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Relaxation and meditation.
